What people ask before they book.
Is the consultation really free? Any obligation?
Yes, free, and no obligation. Nothing is charged to book, and you are never asked to decide on the spot. You leave with a room-by-room plan and an exact quote, and decide on your own time.
Can you come to my home, or does it have to be the showroom?
Your choice: in your home, over a video call, or on our showroom floor. In-home and virtual both cover Brevard County. For whole-house and new-build projects we recommend in-home so we can read your light and space directly.
I just need one or two rooms. Is that worth a consultation?
Yes. The same plan-first approach works for a single room. Whole-house projects get an in-home consultation, and a room or two is perfect for a showroom or video session.
Do you do new-construction homes?
Often. If you have closed on a new build in Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, or anywhere in Brevard, we will plan the whole home from your floor plan and have it placed before or right after you move in.
What style do you carry? I don't want the blue-and-white beach look.
Good, neither do we. Our floor is the evolved coastal of 2026: warm neutrals, sage and driftwood, curved forms, rattan and warm woods. We plan to your taste, not a template.
How does delivery work, and can you take my old furniture?
Premium white-glove delivery is included within 45 miles of Melbourne. We bring each piece in, place it, and stage the room, and we haul away your old furniture at no charge.
Is financing available?
Yes, twelve months same as cash through Synchrony, subject to credit approval. Ask during your consultation and we will set it up with your quote.
Will my home be ready by a specific date?
Tell us your move-in or hosting date at the consultation and we plan delivery around it. Stock pieces deliver fast, and we flag anything made-to-order up front so there are no surprises.
