Every furniture store says "white glove delivery." Almost none of them tell you what that means at your actual front door, so here's ours, step by step.
Within 45 miles of our Melbourne showroom, it's free. Our own crew, led by Jordan Waters, our distribution supervisor. Not a contracted third party you've never met. They call ahead, protect your floors and doorways, carry the piece to the room you picked, set it up, and take all the packaging with them. You sit on it before the truck leaves. If something's not right, we fix it, because we're twenty minutes away, not a call center.
Do you take the old furniture?
Yes, and here's the honest version. Furniture haul-away is an add-on service, available on any delivery. Tell us when you schedule and we take the old piece the same trip. It's not free, and I'd rather tell you that here than surprise you on your doorstep.
One exception that works in your favor: if we're delivering a mattress, removing your old mattress is free. Mattress day should end with one bed in the room, not two.
What about outside 45 miles?
We do statewide Florida delivery and select nationwide shipping. Ask us for a quote, it's usually less dramatic than people expect.
