Yes, free, and no obligation. Nothing is charged to book, and you are never asked to decide on the spot. You leave with an exact quote and decide on your own time.
Can you really make it fit my room?
That is the point of custom. We size the piece to your space and configure it for how your family actually sits. Bring a photo and rough dimensions, or we measure in your home.
Will the fabric hold up to pets and grandkids?
Yes. We match you to a performance fabric (Crypton, Revolution, or Sunbrella) engineered to shrug off spills and wear, and we show you it cleans up with a live demo on the showroom floor.
What brands do you carry?
Flexsteel, Luonto, Leather Italia and more, in leather and performance fabric, chosen because they are built to be lived on for years.
How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the brand, fabric, and configuration. We give you an exact timeline in writing as part of your quote, so there are no surprises.
What is delivery like, and can you take my old piece?
Premium white-glove delivery is included within 45 miles of Melbourne. We place it, level it, and walk you through it, and we haul away the piece it replaces at no charge.
Is financing available?
