But their website has to guess what your body wants from a questionnaire, and then you find out if it guessed right after the box shows up. We skip that part. Come in, lie on the Sunset, the Midnight, and the Twilight side by side, and in fifteen minutes you'll know something no quiz can tell you. Then we deliver it, set it up, and take the old one away. Helix's six-model lineup is simpler than their website makes it look. Plush and cradling — that's the Sunset. Medium, the crowd favorite for side sleepers and couples — the Midnight. Which Helix mattress is best for side sleepers?
The Helix Midnight — it's Helix's most popular model for a reason. Its medium feel contours the shoulders and hips, which is exactly what side sleeping demands. If you run hot or want the most pressure relief available, the Midnight Elite adds a microcoil layer and cooling cover. But side sleeping is personal: ten minutes on the Midnight and the Sunset side by side will tell you more than any review.
What firmness should I choose?
Rule of thumb: side sleepers do best on plush-to-medium (Sunset, Midnight), back and stomach sleepers on medium-to-firm (Midnight, Twilight), and couples who differ split the middle at Midnight. But rules of thumb are for people buying blind online. You're not — the whole ladder is on our floor in Melbourne.

Do Helix mattresses sleep cool enough for Florida?
Yes — that's much of why we chose the line. Breathable TENCEL™ covers, airflow through the coil layers, and the GlacioTex™ cooling cover on top of it: a fabric engineered to pull heat away from your body, so the mattress feels cool the moment you lie down. GlacioTex™ is optional on Luxe and standard on Elite — and it's a difference you can feel in the store in about ten seconds.
What is zoned lumbar support?
Firmer support in the middle third of the mattress, where your body puts the most weight. It keeps your spine level instead of letting your hips sink into a hammock shape. Every Luxe and Elite model on our floor has it.
What sizes do Helix mattresses come in?

Yes — we're an authorized Helix dealer, and your mattress carries Helix's 20-year manufacturer warranty. The difference: when we're your dealer, warranty questions start with a phone call to us, not a 1-800 queue.

White-glove: we schedule a day you choose, bring the mattress in, set it up in your bedroom, remove all packaging, and take your old mattress away free with your purchase — free within our 60-mile delivery area. Do I need a special base or foundation?
Helix mattresses work on any solid foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base. If your current box spring is as tired as your current mattress, we carry foundations and adjustable bases too — including adjustable bases you can try on the floor with the Helix on top, which is the only way to know if you'll actually use the zero-gravity preset.
