We want you to love what you bought. Here is exactly how returns work, in plain English.
Damaged or defective? That's on us — 100%.
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, we make it right at no cost to you: replacement parts, a replacement unit, or an exchange — your choice, no fees. Please inspect your delivery and send photos of any damage to (321) 428-4856 or reply to your order email within 48 hours of delivery.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery.
- Unopened items: full refund, minus return freight. Large furniture ships by freight carrier; return freight typically runs $300–$450 for a cabinet bed. We're happy to arrange the carrier for you at our cost — you pay only the actual freight.
- Opened or assembled items: refund minus return freight and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be disassembled and returned in original packaging (or professionally packaged for freight).
- Free bundle items: unopened bundle items are returned together with your order. Opened bundle items (including mattresses, sheets, and pillows, for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned and their stated value is deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Want a different model or color instead? Contact us within 30 days — exchanges are handled case-by-case and we work hard to make them easy.
In-store purchases
Purchases made at our Melbourne showroom follow the terms provided at the register.
How to start a return
Call or text (321) 428-4856, or reply to your order confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item passing inspection at our warehouse.
