Overall

Overall, we are pleased with the recliner but there are a couple of things that we have issues with.
1. It was a little concerning that when in a reclined position the rocking feature locks but the swivel feature does not. It takes a bit of getting used to as moderate movement will swivel the chair.
2. The app is not as convenient as Flexsteel makes it seem. The only advantage it has would be to set the duration of the massage feature easily. We are not able to save any custom settings since the app fails at that, so it really is not convenient to use.
