How long does it take to feel right?

Most memory foam takes 30 to 60 nights to fully break in to your body. Puffy’s 365-night sleep trial gives you the full window. If the Cloud isn’t the right Puffy for you after a fair trial, you can exchange or return per Puffy’s policy. We handle the logistics locally.

Care & longevity

• Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 3 to 6 months to even the wear
• The cover is stain-resistant and removable — spot-clean as needed; machine wash per Puffy’s instructions
• Use a breathable mattress protector to keep the warranty active and the foam clean
• Any solid platform, slatted frame (slats ≤ 4″ apart), or adjustable base will work

Common questions

Is the Cloud right for back, side, or stomach sleepers?
The Cloud is a medium feel (5 of 10) — the universal feel that works for most side and back sleepers. Strict stomach sleepers may prefer the firmer support of the Royal Hybrid. Try both in our showroom side by side.

How is the Cloud different from the Puffy Lux Hybrid?
The Cloud is all foam, 10″ tall, $1,049 Queen. The Lux Hybrid adds individually wrapped pocketed coils at 12″, $1,549 Queen. The hybrid coils add bounce, edge support, and slightly more airflow. Most customers can feel the difference after a minute on each.

Does the Cloud sleep hot?
The top layer is Cooling Cloud memory foam designed for breathability, and the cover is breathable. For sleepers who run especially hot, the Royal Hybrid’s Cloud Air Technology layer is the cooler choice within the Puffy line. We can show you both.

Is the Cloud sold at Puffy.com pricing?
Yes — every size at Puffy MAP, the same price as Puffy.com. Atlantic Fine Furniture adds free delivery, free mattress removal, and 0% financing on top. You don’t pay more here than you would online.

Can I try the Cloud before I commit?
Yes. Lie down on the Cloud in our Melbourne showroom for as long as you need. If you take it home and the 365-night Puffy trial decides you want a different model, we handle the exchange logistics locally with Puffy.

What size will fit my room?
Standard sizes — Queen is 60″ × 80″, King is 76″ × 80″, Cal King is 72″ × 84″. Come measure on the floor of the showroom or call us with your dimensions and we’ll talk it through.
